Data Deletion Instructions.

How to request deletion of data associated with HotelPMS, including data received through a Meta or WhatsApp Business connection.

1. Requesting deletion

To request deletion of data associated with HotelPMS, send an email to contact@dksr.in with the subject HotelPMS Data Deletion Request.

Please include enough information for us to identify the relevant HotelPMS account or connection, such as the hotel or organization name and the email address associated with the request. Do not send passwords, Meta access tokens, app secrets or other credentials.

2. Verification

To protect customer and guest information, DKSR Systems may ask you to verify your identity and your authority to make the request. If the requested data is controlled by a hotel customer, we may refer the request to that hotel or coordinate with the hotel before acting.

3. Meta and WhatsApp Business connections

If your request concerns a Meta or WhatsApp Business connection used with HotelPMS, identify the hotel account in your request. After appropriate verification, DKSR Systems will process the request for HotelPMS-held data associated with that connection in accordance with applicable obligations.

Revoking Meta access. A hotel may also disable or change its WhatsApp Business connection in HotelPMS and manage its business assets and authorizations through Meta. Revoking authorization prevents HotelPMS from using that authorization for new communications.

4. What may be deleted

Depending on the request and applicable obligations, deletion may cover account or connection metadata and other personal information held by HotelPMS that is eligible for deletion. Some information may need to be retained where required for legal, tax, accounting, security, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution or legitimate operational obligations.

5. Processing the request

Once we have enough information to verify and process the request, DKSR Systems will review it and respond in accordance with applicable law and contractual obligations. If information cannot be deleted, we will explain the applicable reason where appropriate.

6. Guest requests

Hotels using HotelPMS generally determine the purposes for which guest information is collected and used. If you are a hotel guest, the relevant hotel may therefore be the appropriate first point of contact. DKSR Systems will assist HotelPMS customers with verified requests as appropriate.
