The hotel remains in control of its WhatsApp Business assets.
Each hotel connects its own WhatsApp Business account to HotelPMS through Meta's authorization flow. HotelPMS uses only the business assets the hotel authorizes for the guest communication service.

HotelPMS uses Meta Platform Data only as needed to identify the assets authorized by the hotel, send the hotel's approved guest communications and process delivery-status updates.
