Before you get started.
Do lower room bands get fewer features?
No. The core HotelPMS product is the same across room bands. Pricing changes with property size, not by disabling essential hotel workflows.
Can guests book online directly?
Yes. Each property can use its HotelPMS direct booking page so guests can check live room availability, see current pricing and taxes, enter their details and continue into the secure payment flow.
Can rates change by date?
Yes. HotelPMS supports base rates plus date-specific nightly overrides, including bulk changes across date ranges and selected weekdays with a preview-before-apply workflow.
What management metrics are available?
Management Intelligence includes Occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, room revenue, rooms sold and available room nights, with date presets, trend views and daily, weekly or monthly analysis.
Is Restaurant / POS included?
Yes. The current Restaurant / POS capability is part of the core HotelPMS subscription.
What does onboarding include?
We help configure your property and get your team started. Standard implementation is waived with an annual subscription; Founding Hotels receive hands-on setup, initial data assistance and staff onboarding.
What about OTA connectivity?
Direct Online Booking is available today. OTA / Channel Manager connectivity is being developed separately. When introduced, HotelSaaS will not charge an additional OTA connectivity fee; OTA or marketplace charges are separate from HotelSaaS.
Can a larger hotel use HotelPMS?
Yes. For properties above 75 rooms, groups or special commercial requirements, talk to us for custom pricing and onboarding.
